Strategic Planning                                 Request Quote
Strategic planning is about looking forward - what do you want to be?  Many credit unions have an existing planning process or structure in place.  We can build on your current process and customize the agenda and planning approach to the style and priorities of management.

Schoenherr Consulting provides professional facilitation with in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry.  After you have laid your strategic foundation, these basic steps are followed:

STEP 1   Scope out the strategy.

STEP 2   Map the strategic direction and objectives

STEP 3   Identify measures and targets

If you do not have a planning model, we do!  From this model, we can select the areas to emphasize.
