Dan Schoenherr is an experienced credit union consultant.  He has expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, board governance, payment systems, web strategies and loyalty measurement.  He is President/CEO of Schoenherr Consulting and has led credit unions in strategic planning and their process improvement programs.

Mr. Schoenherr began his career in finance at General Electric Credit Corporation, and then became the first president of the Indiana Corporate FCU, a position he held for 16 years.

As senior vice president at the Washington, DC based Callahan and Associates he provided strategic planning and consulting services to credit unions nationwide.  In addition, he spoke on topics such as, board governance, technology, the Internet and web strategies.

He has held executive positions at Sun East Federal Credit Union, Beacon Credit Union,  and Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union.
